We know that while planning a wedding is exciting, it can also be a little stressful. Few things in life are as important as this day and few options are as romantic as a destination Wedding. When properly planned, a destination wedding can actually save you a lot of money, but most couples don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in!

Our team will not only help you find the perfect destination and resort, we’ll make your wedding planning a breeze and affordable for friends and family, too!

Benefits for the Wedding Couple

  • A Personal Destination Wedding Specialist, who will assist you in choosing the perfect resort for your personal style, will work to negotiate the best resort discounts possible, put you in touch with the resort’s on-site wedding coordinator, and will be your main point of contact.

  • Any group promotion the resort is offering (if applicable).

  • Complimentary private transfer for the Wedding Couple with a confirmed wedding group of 20 adults or more (valued at $150).

Benefits for Your Guests

  • A dedicated travel agent that will be with them through every step of the process to assist with questions, booking, and payments until they travel!

  • Round-trip ground transfers from the airport to the hotel at no additional cost (for most resorts).

  • All guests booked on the room block will be located within the same area at the resort (subject to resort’s availability).

  • Locked in group rate and room block so all guests are receiving the same low rate (when booking a contracted rate).

Our Process

  1. Arrange for your complimentary consultation with one of our experienced Destination Wedding Specialists! Discuss details like destination, resort options and any questions you may have.

  2. Work with your Destination Wedding Specialist to find the perfect resort for you and your wedding!

  3. Confirm your date with the Wedding Coordinator on-site.

  4. Reserve your block of rooms with Weddings & Get-Togethers (deposit paid).

  5. Sign Group Contract.

  6. Guests can reserve their rooms on the Guest Registration Site ($100-$200 per person deposit. Deadline varies by resort).

  7. Final Payments are due 70 days prior to departure (may vary by resort).
